Psychedelic Preparation & Integration Therapy
The session can either be used to prepare you for an upcoming journey or as a supportive space to process & integrate the insights, emotions, and realizations from your psychedelic experience. This service can be extended to all non-ordinary states of consciousness, not just substance-induced. These sessions are offered as a harm reduction measure.
No substances are used during these sessions.

Yoga
This trauma-informed yoga session is designed to support your mental + emotional well-being, nervous system regulation, and overall health. Each session is personalized. No experience required.
Service fees are $120/ 50-minute session or $180/ 75-minute session.
15-minute consultation calls are free of charge.
Services are covered by most insurance providers under Counselling/ Clinical Counselling.

I believe that the mind and the body are completely interconnected, so this informs my approach to healing. I agree that it is therapeutically helpful to have someone to discuss the things that challenge us, but being able to feel safety and change in the body is what I believe can make a lasting difference.

I offer 1-on-1 counselling services in person in Regina, Saskatchewan, and online counselling across Canada.
I am also working towards completing a Psychedelic Assisted Therapy course with a focus on Psilocybin. If this world interests you, I am always open to talking!

In short, yes. There is something to say about being in the comfort of your home with a warm drink (+ maybe a dog or cat by your side) while moving through the depths of the session. Plus, no travel time makes it really convenient.
It might not be for everyone, and that’s okay. I personally like meeting someone in person, then moving to online after, as we get a good feel for each other's energy, but this can happen online naturally too.
Think of the way you feel after a really good conversation with a friend over the phone… You can still feel the connection!
