I am deeply interested in how the nervous system shapes our experience. Through blending the philosophies of science and spirit, I offer a perspective on healing that considers the dualities of life while fostering a whole-body approach. Based out of Regina, Sask, I offer both online and in-person services.

More personally, I am an animal lover, coffee enthusiast, and avid traveller. Mexico is especially close to my heart, considering it a second home for many years, spending a portion of winter there to escape the snow.
